Where are your products made?

We design all our products in-house at Hairy Coo HQ in Scotland and we try to use manufacturers from as close to home as possible! All our handwrapped coos and ewes are loving wrapped by either us, or a small team of girls in the Highlands of Scotland. Our textiles and china are all sourced and printed within the UK. We have had to go slightly further afield to manufacture our Baby Coo products, but we have found some wonderful and trusted suppliers who we are proud to work with!

Do you ship Worldwide?

Yes we do! Just select your country at checkout and it will automatically calculate your shipping cost.

What do I do if I want to cancel my order?

If you have had a change of heart and want to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible by emailing: hairycooscotland@gmail.com

With any luck we might not have shipped it yet, in which case we can offer you a refund straight away. If it has been shipped we will have to ask you to return the order to us at your cost and we will refund upon receipt of the items. You would have 14 days to do so.

Do you offer refunds?

If you are not happy with your order and it is unused, you can return your order, at your cost, within 14 days and we will issue a refund upon receipt of the items. Please email us at hairycooscotland@gmail.com to arrange this.
